Use it as B2C and B2B solutions The system displays the regular (retail) price and product availability. The system enables new customers to review products and place orders with credit card payments. The system supports Express Checkout and makes order-placing process easy for new customers. The system uses regular product pricing for new customer orders. The system will create a new record in the accounting system's customer file to save new customer information. The new customer then becomes an existing customer. Once a user enters their Customer # and Password to log on the site, the system displays their contract price. The system allows an order to be paid by "Terms" if the existing customer has enough credit to cover the new order.
Quick order entry and copy previous orders The system enables existing customers to place orders by Product # without browsing the "Shopping" pages. Customers can copy their previous orders and amend the order quantities or add additional items to the new order.
Option to save web order directly to SAP Business One with or without the approval process By Default, all web orders submitted by consumer and customer must be approved by the company administrator before saving the web orders to the accounting system as a sales order. System has option to allow company to skip the web order approval process and save order directly to the accounting system immediately after the order is submitted without the approval process.
Multi-level Categories Setup If the company needs more than 2 category levels, a Multi-level Categories Setup function is available. This enables the administrator to define and set up the category structure.
Check item on-hand quantity in real time If there is a requirement to check the on-hand quantity, the checking is done in real time. If the selected item does not have sufficient quantity on hand to fulfill the order, the system can either accept the order quantity or prompt the user to change the order quantity to the current on-hand quantity or cancel the selected item.
Supports 4 levels of item prices Special Prices are available for BP, Discount Groups, BP Default Prices, Hierarchy and Expansions.
Supports 1 small and 1 large image The system supports 1 small image for the "Shopping" page and 1 large image for the "Product Details" page.
Multiple flat rates for freight charges The system enables a company to set up the "Ship Via" options to include the freight description and a fixed amount. The "Ship Via" options will integrate with the data defined in the accounting system.
Calculate sales tax by state code The system calculates sales tax based on a flat rate per state depending on that defined sales tax for that state.
Support Authorize.net, PayPal and CyberSource Credit Card Payment Gateway With the Credit Card Online Payment gateway installed, the system can get an authorization code from the gateway and save the authorization code to the web order and to the accounting system's sales order.
Supports Verisign, Network Solutions and Thawte SSL certificates The system supports SSL certification. SSL can be applied to a Login page, New Account page, Checkout Credit Card Payment page or all pages.
Pay outstanding invoices online The system enables existing customers to preview all their outstanding invoices and pay with a credit card online.
Order notification Upon submission of the web order, the system will send an order notification to the customer and the company's web order administrator.
My Account Existing customers can preview their outstanding sales orders, invoices and statements in real time. Customers can update their own profile (Contact Name, Addresses and Phone information).
New Account Registration Visitors can complete the New Account (User) Registration form and the system will email the information to the company's WebStore administrator. The Approve New Account function allows an administrator to approve and assign a customer number to the new account. The system will save the entered information directly to the accounting system customer file; no need to re-enter the information through the accounting system.
Wish List Customers can create their “Wish Lists” for their desired products.
Tell a Friend The system will generate an email to a specified friend’s address with the customer's recommendation.
Search engine optimization (SEO) for products AppFinity WebStore's SEO functionality makes it possible for people to find the company's products and discover its unique selling proposition.
Best-Selling Products The WebStore Administrator function can create and maintain a Best-Selling Products list.
Related Items Setup A company can define similar items and accessories for each item thru the WebStore Administrator program.
Cross-sell and Up-sell A company can define the cross-sell items and up-sell items for each item thru the WebStore Administrator program.

Save web order as an invoice After a customer submits the web order and all selected items have sufficient quantity on hand, the system has the option to save the order as a sales order, automatically ship the order internally or create an invoice.  Yes   No
Save backorder items in a separate sales order If there is a requirement to check the on-hand quantity, and the selected item does not have enough on hand to fulfill the order, the system will prompt the customer to either accept or decline the backorder. If accepted as a backorder, the system splits the order into 2 orders: one order with the order quantity equal to the current on-hand quantity so that the company can ship it immediately, and another order containing the backorder quantity.  Yes   No
Item specification (size and color) setup If a company needs to keep track of the on-hand quantity for each item specification, all the items should be defined in Item Master Data with a “-“ separator inside the item #. The number before the “-“ is the real item # and the number after the “-“ is used to indicate the item specification. AppFinity WebStore will consolidate the item # and group all items with the same item # before the “-“, and create a matrix to display the specification, price and availability on the shopping product detail page. If a company does not need to keep track of the on-hand quantity for each item specification, only one item needs to be defined in the Item Master Data.
